Below we describe who we are, for what purposes we can use your data, how we treat them, with whom we share them, how long we keep them, as well as the ways to contact us and exercise your rights. Who we are? Your data will be processed by Gorgeous Freedom, lda, legal entity number 514141913 (hereinafter referred to as OPORTO GUEST). OPORTO GUEST is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Why do we treat your information? Your personal data may be collected and processed by OPORTO GUEST for the following purposes: a) For compliance with legal obligations to which OPORTO GUEST is subject, namely communications to the Foreigners and Borders and Billing Services. b) For the purposes of executing the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract entered into with OPORTO GUEST, namely payment transactions, management of entrances and exits, guest management, blocking of deposit, provision of complementary services to the stay such as cleaning, transfers and breakfast or grocery service, management of contractual obligations or for the purposes of pre-contractual procedures. c) For the purposes of contact via email, mobile communications, digital platforms, within the scope of OPORTO GUEST's marketing strategies, information and commercial and contractual communications, as well as for requests for information. d) For the purposes of protecting property owned or in custody by OPORTO GUEST, as well as for the purposes of statistical analysis. Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs a) and b), implies that OPORTO GUEST is in breach of legal obligations imposed on it and the consequent possibility of terminating the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Accommodation Management Contract Celebrated location, without the right to any compensation, as well as a deficit in the provision of services by OPORTO GUEST that cannot be attributed to it. What type of personal data do we collect? Within the scope of its activity, OPORTO GUEST will collect and process the personal data necessary for the provision of contracted services, requests for information or pre-contractual management, namely identification, contact, bank or payment card data. What do we treat your information for? The processing of your personal data will be carried out based on the execution of the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists, the Local Accommodation Management Agreement and the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on OPORTO GUEST, namely by legislation in matters of Entry, Stay and Departure of Foreigners in the National Territory and tax legislation (article 6.º n.º 1 subparagraph b) and c) of the RGPD). Additionally, the personal data collected for the purposes set out in paragraph c) of the previous point are based on the consent given by you to OPORTO GUEST for the respective processing (article 6, paragraph 1, paragraph a) of the RGPD). For the purposes set out in paragraph d) of the previous point, OPORTO GUEST will process personal data, based on the legitimate interest pursued by it (article 6, paragraph 1, paragraph f) of the RGPD). How long do we keep your information? Without prejudice to legal provisions, regulations or judicial determination to the contrary, the personal data collected will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or its subsequent treatment. To whom may we transmit your personal data? OPORTO GUEST may have to share some of your personal data with other recipients. These recipients include: a) Organizations and/or companies affiliated with OPORTO GUEST as long as they respect an equivalent policy regarding the protection of personal data. b) Public Entities to which OPORTO GUEST is legally obliged to provide information, namely the Foreigners and Borders Services and the DGCI – Directorate General for Taxes. c) Subcontractors who provide certain services related to your personal data under the cover of a subcontract and with the sole purpose of providing technical assistance to OPORTO GUEST.
